Arthritis in your hands can be debilitating.  At Plymouth Bay Orthopedics & Sports Therapy, we have a licensed Occupational Therapist to help with hand/wrist pain or injuries.    Our Occupational Therapist conducts extensive strength testing.  We also teach our patients how to use adaptive equipment to open jars, fasten buttons and increase their range of motion.
